The area of law what I am dealing with:

Professional experience gained mainly from civil, commercial law, especially in the fields of company law and contract law, I am currently focusing mainly on legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, transformations and restructuring of companies. Of course, legal advice in the representation of my clients includes also a complete legal audit and risk analysis, support for the purchase and sale of businesses and their parts, sale of individual assets, sale of shares and related elaboration of contractual documentation. I have experience with the founding of Slovak and European business companies (Societas Europea) and the implementation of related legal acts, which include, in particular, the preparation of company founding documents, representation in proceedings before the commercial register, the provision of all the necessary authorizations required by the state authorities. In addition to the above, during my law practice, I also gained experience in the field of labor, family, criminal, administrative, constitutional law and in connection with the representation of my clients before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. I work with a secured electronic signature to streamline my work and save the costs of my clients.
