The area of law what I am dealing with:

Business law and company law – in general I deal with Slovak business companies and I focus on the complex legal advice according to the needs of the client. Starts from the company establishment, management of the companies and also the cancellation process of the slovak companies. Apart from the Slovak business companies I also deal with Hungarian and Czech business companies in general.
Contractual law – complete contractual documentation according to the client´s needs
Intellectual property law – registration of Slovak, EU and world trademarks, as well as representation of the client before the Office of Industrial Property of Slovak Republic and also representation of the client in legal proceedings (court cases) concerning the issue of intellectual property law.
Civil law – family law and inheritance law, compensation, settlement of Co – ownership in the marriages (BSM) Real Estate
